Inflatables are always fun entertainment for children on any occasion be it a BBQ, Wedding, Birthday party, School Fun Day, Fundraiser, Christening or just a get together with friends in the Holidays.
With our new online booking system you are able to check the availability on any of our inflatables and book right away. We recommend that you book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment, however if you do need an inflatable at short notice we will do our best to accommodate you (subject to availability).
Our prices are for daily hire which includes delivery and collection dependent on location. We will assemble and dismantle all of the equipment and provide instructions for safe use.
Your inflatable will need a 13amp socket to plug the blower into, and If the inflatable is to be positioned more than 20 Meters away from a plug please let us so we can bring extra extension leads.
We require our Terms and Conditions of Hire to be signed before any items can be left. Therefore, if you are unable to be available at the time of delivery, please ensure that there will be someone there to sign on your behalf. View a copy of our Terms and Conditions of Hire here.
Deliveries are made between 7:30am and 1:00pm and collections are between 5:00pm and 8:00pm, however, if you have specific requirements regarding delivery and collection please let us know and we will endeavour to accommodate you where we can.
In the event of bad weather there will be no charge to cancel if you contact us before 8:00 am on the day of your event. No refunds will be available should the weather change after the item has been delivered and assembled.
Killymoon Bouncy Castles are covered by £10 million Public Liability Insurance for inflatable equipment hire. We are also a member of the British Inflatable Hirers Alliance (www.biha.org.uk).
The area where the bouncy castle is to be set-up should be relatively flat and on grass so that we can easily stake the castle down. Please advise if the castle is not for a grassy area prior to delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse any booking on the day if you are not in at the time of delivery, if there is not enough clear access, the ground is not reasonably flat and clear from dog mess, stones, glass, sharp objects, garden furniture, overhanging trees, or where we think the inflatable will not be safely operated. Killymoon Bouncy Castles also reserve the right not to deliver an item intended for outdoor use in unsuitable weather conditions.
